Speaker doesn’t turn on for a few reasons

  1. Battery
  2. Charging Cable
  3. Circuit board

Troubleshooting :

  • Plug the charger and check for light indication, If no light, follow Step 1. If charging light is lit, follow step 2
      • STEP 1
        • Try a different wall socket
        • Try a different Charger and Wall adapter
        • Plug the charger and hold the Power button for 30secs
    •  
      • STEP 2
        • Plug the charger and hold the Power button for 30secs
        • Unplug the charger and hold the Power button for 30secs
  • If Step 1 or Step 2 doesn’t resolve the issue. Please email the below details with the findings to check warranty
      1. First and last name
      2. Phone number
      3. Shipping address (Cannot be a P.O. box)
      4. A copy of the proof of purchase / receipt. (Name of the Store/Date of purchase with year/ Brand name or Product description)
      5. A close-up photo of the manufacturer's label on the unit showing a clear view of the Fugoo nameplate with the serial and the model number of the device
      6. A few pictures of the issue
