We retain support-related information in Zendesk i for the life of your account with us plus 2 years unless you request deletion. This helps us provide better support and track issue history.

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. If we discover that we’ve collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us immediately.
7. Security Practices

1. Email customerservice@esintl.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your name and the email address used in your prior support requests.
3. We will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days.
